Once the ruler has reached adulthood they gain the following: A third strength, -1 DC tier for all trainings and +1 research point production.
Ancestral Bonus: Rulers created during sessions with a negative nation event gain +1 to all their strength attributes. If they're made during a session with an abysmal / horrendous nation event, they also gain +1 to those attribute caps.
